at Rose Garden Policy Speech

(BEACHWOOD OH) - Arthur Lavin, MD, Advanced Pediatrics, Beachwood, OH, was selected to represent Ohio at a health care policy speech in the Rose Garden of the White House on Monday, October 5, 2009. As a member of the non-partisan group, Doctors for America, Lavin and doctors from across the country have volunteered to help get a bill enacted that will impact positively on the health of children and adults in America.
"Just being invited to Rose Garden was a thrill. But our group is really interested in saving lives and preventing further disability from unnecessary illness. It"s not a question of Republican or Democrat, it"s a question of ensuring coverage for health care for those who want and need it."
