Helping children manage their own issues
with proven, stronger impact on actual outcomes
While no one knows for sure the causes, there are several theories:
- There is no epidemic, just a change in the way autism is diagnosed and defined.
- There is a genetic change going on that makes autism more likely.
- Environmental toxins are responsible.
- Childhood immunizations are responsible.
- We believe that immunizing children will keep them safe from known childhood diseases and that the data show that immunizations are not a cause for Autism.
- We therefore, recommend using immunizations that have a proven benefit of safety.
- We will work with families who have concerns about immunizations and together we will try to keep children safe and healthy.
- We ask everyone to contact their representatives to push for our science agencies to find the cause or causes of Autism.
